目的探討5氟脲嘧啶(5FU)對(duì)人胰腺外分泌功能的影響。方法通過(guò)8例胰十二腸切除術(shù)后患者胰管內(nèi)置管獲得的純胰液觀察5FU對(duì)人胰腺外分泌功能的作用。術(shù)后第10天開(kāi)始,靜脈緩慢滴注5FU 500 mg/d,連續(xù)3天。檢測(cè)5FU使用前和使用后1 d、 2 d及3 d胰液中淀粉酶、 pH、 HCO3-、 Na+、 K+、 Cl-、 Ca2+及Mg2+水平,并記錄胰液量變化。結(jié)果使用5FU前、后胰液量及胰液中淀粉酶、 pH、 HCO3-、 Na+、 K+、 Cl-、 Ca2+及Mg2+水平均無(wú)顯著變化。結(jié)論短期內(nèi)使用5FU對(duì)胰腺外分泌功能未見(jiàn)明顯影響,5FU是否通過(guò)抑制胰酶的合成治療急性胰腺炎有待進(jìn)一步探討。
