目的探討乳腺典型髓樣癌、非典型髓樣癌形態(tài)相似而預(yù)后迥異的分子學(xué)機(jī)理。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法測(cè)定18例乳腺典型髓樣癌、30例非典型髓樣癌及10例正常乳腺組織中上皮鈣依賴粘附素和β連環(huán)蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果上皮鈣依賴粘附素及β連環(huán)蛋白的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率和表達(dá)強(qiáng)度，典型髓樣癌高于非典型髓樣癌(P lt;0.01)； 在髓樣癌中隨著上皮鈣依賴粘附素表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的增加,β連環(huán)蛋白表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率亦呈上升趨勢(shì)(P lt;0.05)。結(jié)論上皮鈣依賴粘附素與β連環(huán)蛋白表達(dá)的差異是乳腺典型髓樣癌及非典型髓樣癌形態(tài)相似而預(yù)后迥異的重要原因之一。
