目的了解選擇素在急性胰腺炎發(fā)病及病程進(jìn)展中的作用,為進(jìn)一步研究提供方向,指導(dǎo)臨床治療實(shí)踐。 方法綜述選擇素在急性胰腺炎時(shí)的病理生理作用機(jī)理。 結(jié)果選擇素水平在急性胰腺炎過(guò)程中有明顯變化,并與細(xì)胞因子、氧自由基、補(bǔ)體等密切相關(guān)。 結(jié)論選擇素是急性胰腺炎病理機(jī)理的組成部分,其表達(dá)水平對(duì)臨床疾病的觀察及治療有指導(dǎo)意義。
