目的 探討同種異體原位肝移植治療晚期肝泡狀棘球蚴病的適應(yīng)證、手術(shù)操作及圍手術(shù)期處理要點(diǎn)。方法對(duì)2001年以來(lái)我院實(shí)施的5例同種異體原位肝移植治療的無(wú)法切除的晚期肝泡狀棘球蚴（AHD）病例進(jìn)行回顧性分析。 結(jié)果5例術(shù)后移植肝功能恢復(fù)良好，無(wú)AHD復(fù)發(fā)。1例于術(shù)后1年死于肺部感染。結(jié)論同種異體原位肝移植是目前治愈晚期AHD的唯一方法。采用有效的手術(shù)技術(shù)解決術(shù)中病肝切除困難，術(shù)前、術(shù)后規(guī)范使用抗AHD藥物，術(shù)后合理控制免疫抑制藥物劑量是治療成功的關(guān)鍵。
