目的探討梗阻性黃疸時血漿內(nèi)皮素（ET）含量與胃粘膜病變的關(guān)系。方法本實(shí)驗(yàn)以犬為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象，根據(jù)處理方式的不同設(shè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組，實(shí)驗(yàn)組7只犬行膽總管結(jié)扎術(shù)，對照組3只犬行假手術(shù)，用特異性放射免疫法檢測兩組術(shù)前及術(shù)后1、4及7 d血漿ET含量，并于術(shù)后7 d取胃粘膜行光鏡、電鏡觀察。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組術(shù)后ET含量持續(xù)升高，明顯高于對照組，光鏡下見毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張，胃粘膜充血水腫，電鏡下見毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張、瘀血，粘液細(xì)胞間質(zhì)水腫。結(jié)論梗阻性黃疸時，血漿ET含量增高可能是梗阻性黃疸時胃粘膜病變的發(fā)病機(jī)理之一。
