目的 探討平掃CT在診斷腹部閉合性損傷致胃腸道破裂中的作用。方法對(duì)我院收治的20例手術(shù)證實(shí)為外傷性胃腸道破裂患者的CT片及其病史行回顧性分析。至少兩位以上放射科醫(yī)師一起閱片。結(jié)果20例閉合性損傷胃腸道破裂患者行平掃CT發(fā)現(xiàn)腹腔積液18例、氣腹18例、胃內(nèi)容物外漏2例、腸壁改變14例、腸系膜改變15例。結(jié)論平掃CT可以準(zhǔn)確、快速、無創(chuàng)傷地診斷閉合性損傷致胃腸道破裂。
