目的探討腫瘤血管生成對微轉(zhuǎn)移的影響。方法復(fù)習(xí)國內(nèi)、外文獻,并結(jié)合我們自己所作的工作,綜合分析腫瘤血管生成與微轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果腫瘤血管生成是微轉(zhuǎn)移腫瘤發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)論微轉(zhuǎn)移對血管生成的依賴性,孕育著腫瘤治療上一場新的革命。
