目的  探討血清可溶性CD14(sCD14)、E-選擇素、白細(xì)胞介素-10(IL-10)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)和平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)在內(nèi)毒素血癥病理變化過(guò)程中的水平及其相互關(guān)系。
方法  復(fù)制兔內(nèi)毒素血癥模型,分別于模型制作后0 min、30 min、60 min、120 min、180 min、240 min及300 min取血測(cè)定E-選擇素、IL-10、sCD14及TNF-α含量,同時(shí)八導(dǎo)生理記錄儀記錄MAP。
結(jié)果  內(nèi)毒素血癥組中TNF-α及sCD14含量30 min后即開(kāi)始增加; E-選擇素和IL-10含量120 min后明顯增加; MAP則于120 min后明顯下降。對(duì)照組中各指標(biāo)水平變化不明顯。
結(jié)論  sCD14、TNF-α、E-選擇素及IL-10在內(nèi)毒素血癥的發(fā)病機(jī)理中起著重要的作用。sCD14和TNF-α是反映感染病理變化早期過(guò)程中的重要指標(biāo)之一; E-選擇素和IL-10可能與該病理變化的嚴(yán)重程度有關(guān)。
