目的  探討維持性腹膜透析(PD)和血液透析(HD)患者發(fā)生急性胰腺炎(AP)的可能原因及其診斷與治療。
方法  回顧性分析1993年1月至2000年1月期間我院進行透析治療的患者中發(fā)生9例AP的臨床資料。
結(jié)果  9例患者血清淀粉酶均達正常上限值的3.5倍以上,B超和CT檢查對確診AP起了一定作用。經(jīng)保守治療后8例患者恢復(fù)良好,1例重癥胰腺炎治療無效而死亡。
結(jié)論  維持性腹膜或血液透析患者具有多種潛在發(fā)生AP的危險因素。血清淀粉酶的檢測是明確診斷的重要依據(jù),透析治療是治愈AP不可缺少的措施。
