目的 探討胃大部切除術(shù)后殘胃功能性排空障礙（FDGE）的發(fā)病機(jī)理、診斷及治療。
方法 對(duì)1993~1998年我科256例胃大部切除術(shù)患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
結(jié)果 本組共發(fā)生FDGE 12例，發(fā)生率為4.7％(12/256)，均發(fā)生于術(shù)后3~12天。于1周內(nèi)治愈1例(8.3％)，2周內(nèi)治愈8例(66.7%)，3周內(nèi)治愈11例(91.7%)； 所有患者于32天之內(nèi)經(jīng)保守治療治愈出院。
結(jié)論 術(shù)后殘胃和遠(yuǎn)端空腸正常的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能破壞是發(fā)生FDGE的主要原因； 消化道造影及胃鏡檢查是診斷本病及與機(jī)械性梗阻相鑒別的重要方法； 采取非手術(shù)治療一般可治愈，針對(duì)胃排空動(dòng)力學(xué)機(jī)理采用促胃腸動(dòng)力藥物能收到較好的療效。
