目的 研究p53及血管內(nèi)皮細胞生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)表達與結、直腸癌血道轉移發(fā)生的關系。方法應用免疫組織化學ABC法檢測79例結、直腸癌組織中p53及VEGF的表達。 結果p53和VEGF在結、直腸癌組織中表達陽性率分別為48.1%和58.2%; 62.0%的病例中p53和VEGF表達一致。p53及VEGF表達與結、直腸癌靜脈侵犯、血道轉移密切相關(P<0.05),p53及VEGF陽性表達組血道轉移發(fā)生率為66.7%,明顯高于p53及VEGF陰性表達組和p53陽性表達、VEGF陰性表達組(P<0.01); p53及VEGF陰性表達病例中,無同時性或異時性血道轉移發(fā)生。結論結合分析p53及VEGF表達狀態(tài),對預測結、直腸癌血道轉移的發(fā)生有重要參考價值。
