目的 研究p53及血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)表達(dá)與結(jié)、直腸癌血道轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)生的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)ABC法檢測(cè)79例結(jié)、直腸癌組織中p53及VEGF的表達(dá)。 結(jié)果p53和VEGF在結(jié)、直腸癌組織中表達(dá)陽性率分別為48.1%和58.2%; 62.0%的病例中p53和VEGF表達(dá)一致。p53及VEGF表達(dá)與結(jié)、直腸癌靜脈侵犯、血道轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)(P<0.05),p53及VEGF陽性表達(dá)組血道轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)生率為66.7%,明顯高于p53及VEGF陰性表達(dá)組和p53陽性表達(dá)、VEGF陰性表達(dá)組(P<0.01); p53及VEGF陰性表達(dá)病例中,無同時(shí)性或異時(shí)性血道轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)生。結(jié)論結(jié)合分析p53及VEGF表達(dá)狀態(tài),對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)、直腸癌血道轉(zhuǎn)移的發(fā)生有重要參考價(jià)值。
