目的探討血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)及微血管密度(MVD)與胃癌臨床病理因素的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)(SP)方法測(cè)定胃癌及胃良性病變中VEGF表達(dá)及MVD。結(jié)果胃癌組VEGF表達(dá)陽性率為75.0%，胃良性病變組為5.0%(P＜0.05)； 未浸潤(rùn)漿膜層者為50.0%，浸潤(rùn)漿膜層者為95.5%(P＜0.05)； 有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者為82.8%，無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者為54.5%(P＜0.05)； 伴有遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移者為100%，不伴有遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移者為71.0%(P＜0.05)； pTNM分期屬Ⅰ、Ⅱ期者為53.1%，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期者為89.6%(P＜0.05)。胃良性病變的MVD顯著低于胃癌組(P＜0.001); 浸潤(rùn)深度達(dá)漿膜層、有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移及pTNM屬Ⅲ、Ⅳ期者的MVD顯著升高，其差異有顯著性意義。VEGF表達(dá)與MVD明顯相關(guān)。結(jié)論VEGF上調(diào)及MVD增加對(duì)胃癌生長(zhǎng)具有促進(jìn)作用。
