目的探討膽囊膽固醇結(jié)石患者脂質(zhì)代謝變化及其在膽石成因中的地位和作用。方法檢測161例膽囊膽固醇結(jié)石患者及94例非結(jié)石病患者的血脂和載脂蛋白(apolipoprotein,Apo)。結(jié)果膽石組甘油三酯(TG)和載脂蛋白CⅡ(Apo CⅡ)及載脂蛋白CⅢ(Apo CⅢ)水平明顯高于對照組,而總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLc)及其亞組分和低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLc)明顯低于對照組(P<0.01或P<0.05); 載脂蛋白AⅡ(Apo AⅡ)、載脂蛋白B100(Apo B100)及載脂蛋白E(Apo E)比對照組升高,載脂蛋白AⅠ(Apo AⅠ)比對照組低,但差異無顯著性意義(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論TG、Apo CⅡ及Apo CⅢ水平的升高和TC、LDLc、HDLc及其亞組分水平的降低,是膽固醇結(jié)石患者脂質(zhì)代謝的重要特征,也可能是膽石形成的重要原因。
