目的評價整合素在腫瘤血管生成中的作用。方法復習國內、外文獻,并作綜述報道。結果整合素在腫瘤血管生成中起重要作用,且與血管生長因子VEGF、bFGF、TGFβ等有密切關系。結論整合素抑制劑將是一個有效的抗腫瘤方法。
