目的研究兔股靜脈延遲移植血漿內(nèi)皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的變化及其與血管痙攣、靜脈移植的關(guān)系。方法用放射免疫方法測定局部血漿ET的含量,用硝酸還原酶法及紫外可見分光光度計(jì)測定局部血漿中NO-2/NO-3含量,間接反映NO水平。結(jié)果游離股靜脈(FV)局部血漿ET含量術(shù)后2 h和4 h明顯增高(P<0.01),術(shù)后8 h也增高(P<0.05); 局部血漿NO含量術(shù)后2 h和4 h下降非常顯著(P<0.01),術(shù)后24 h則又顯著增高(P<0.05)。結(jié)論游離(未切斷)FV術(shù)后16~24 h,延遲切斷準(zhǔn)備移植的FV血漿中ET含量恢復(fù)正常,NO含量明顯增高,是移植靜脈血管危象發(fā)生率下降的原因,此時為切斷靜脈進(jìn)行移植的最佳時間。
