目的研究抑凋亡基因bcl2和促凋亡基因bax在大腸癌及癌旁組織中的表達及意義。方法應用免疫組織化學SP法對31例大腸癌患者的癌組織及距癌組織外緣3 cm內(nèi)的癌旁組織和3 cm以遠的正常大腸組織中bcl2和bax基因的表達進行檢測。結(jié)果大腸癌及其癌旁組織中bcl2蛋白表達陽性率分別為64.5%和60.0%,顯著高于正常組織(35.0%),P<0.05; bax蛋白表達陽性率分別為45.2%和45.0%,顯著低于正常組織(60.0%),P<0.05; 大腸癌組織與癌旁組織中bcl2和bax蛋白表達陽性率的差異無顯著性意義(P gt;0.05)。bcl2和bax蛋白在大腸癌組織中的表達與其病理類型和臨床分期無明顯關系(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論大腸癌及其癌旁組織中有不同水平的bcl2蛋白過度表達和bax蛋白低表達,兩者通過參與調(diào)節(jié)細胞凋亡而與大腸癌的發(fā)生有關,但與大腸癌的病理類型、臨床分期無關。距大腸癌組織外緣3 cm以內(nèi)的癌旁組織應視為癌前期組織,手術時應切除。
