腫瘤細(xì)胞的多藥耐藥性的產(chǎn)生與P糖蛋白（PgP）及谷胱甘肽轉(zhuǎn)移酶（GST）等的過(guò)度表達(dá)有密切關(guān)系。為進(jìn)一步了解胃和食管惡性腫瘤細(xì)胞的耐藥機(jī)理，為化療中克服耐藥，制定合理、高效的化療方案提供依據(jù)。
