目的探討Ⅳ型膠原蛋白在乳腺癌中的表達(dá)情況及其與臨床病理間的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用Ⅳ型膠原蛋白單克隆抗體,采用鏈親和素(LSAB)法檢測(cè)93例乳腺惡性腫瘤及5例良性腫瘤組織中Ⅳ型膠原蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果Ⅳ型膠原蛋白表達(dá)與乳腺癌患者腋窩淋巴結(jié)受累、生存時(shí)間及腫瘤大小有關(guān)。Ⅳ型膠原蛋白表達(dá)缺乏組5年生存率為29.69%,明顯低于表達(dá)完整組的5年生存率(81.43%),P<0.05; 隨著腫瘤的長(zhǎng)大,Ⅳ型膠原表達(dá)完整率由53.8%降至10.3%,兩者間呈正相關(guān)(r=0.219)。結(jié)論檢測(cè)Ⅳ型膠原在乳腺癌基底膜中的表達(dá)狀況,將有助于乳腺癌預(yù)后的判斷及治療方案的制訂。
