目的探討血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）與肝細(xì)胞癌門靜脈主干癌栓（PVTT）形成的關(guān)系。方法采用原位雜交等技術(shù)檢測(cè)16例肝癌PVTT（A1組）中及其原發(fā)癌（A2組）和20例臨床無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)移的肝癌（B組）組織中的VEGF表達(dá)。結(jié)果A1組和A2組VEGF mRNA及其蛋白表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率均高于B組（P＜0.01），A1組細(xì)胞平均光密度高于A2組（P＜0.01）。A1組的微血管密度高于A2組，A2組又高于B組（P＜0.01）。在A1組和A2組，VEGF mRNA及其蛋白表達(dá)和微血管密度之間呈良好的相關(guān)關(guān)系（P均＜0.01）。結(jié)論VEGF在肝癌的侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移中起重要作用，是PVTT形成的主要因素； 微血管密度和肝癌的進(jìn)展密切相關(guān)。
