目的總結(jié)胰腎聯(lián)合移植術(shù)后感染的特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)其預(yù)防及治療進(jìn)行討論。方法對(duì)我院施行的2例胰腎聯(lián)合移植術(shù)后感染的臨床資料結(jié)合有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行討論。結(jié)果1例術(shù)后發(fā)生7次感染，其中2次為肺部感染，4次為泌尿系感染，1次為巨細(xì)胞病毒感染，移植之胰腎有功能存活3年余； 另1例發(fā)生呼吸系統(tǒng)及泌尿系統(tǒng)感染各1次，術(shù)后早期恢復(fù)尚可，3周發(fā)生急性腎排斥，7周死于混合菌感染敗血癥。結(jié)論胰腎聯(lián)合移植圍手術(shù)期感染根據(jù)其臨床特點(diǎn)，正確的圍手術(shù)期處理非常重要。
