目的探討低位直腸息肉惡變的合理的外科手術(shù)方式。方法對我院1997年1月至2001年12月收治的32例低位直腸息肉惡變患者的資料進行回顧性分析。 結(jié)果32例中經(jīng)肛門局部切除20例，經(jīng)腹前切除低位吻合（Dixon術(shù)）8例，經(jīng)腹會陰聯(lián)合切除（Miles’術(shù)）4例，其中27例術(shù)后給予放、化療。28例獲隨訪1~5年，2例死亡，余均無局部復(fù)發(fā)。 結(jié)論低位直腸息肉惡變手術(shù)方式的正確選擇是達到“根除癌腫”、“改善患者生活質(zhì)量”目的的關(guān)鍵，術(shù)中冰凍病理檢查是手術(shù)方式選擇的重要依據(jù)。
