目的研究腹腔內(nèi)高壓和腹腔間室綜合征的概念及其病理生理變化。方法采用文獻(xiàn)回顧的方法對(duì)腹腔內(nèi)高壓和腹腔間室綜合征的概念及病理生理學(xué)進(jìn)展加以綜述。結(jié)果腹腔內(nèi)高壓和腹腔間室綜合征的概念已逐漸被接受,其病理生理變化主要有： ①胃腸血流減少； ②呼吸道阻力增加，肺順應(yīng)性下降； ③心輸出量減少，周?chē)h(huán)阻力增加； ④少尿甚至無(wú)尿； ⑤顱內(nèi)壓升高； ⑥肝臟血流減少； ⑦腹壁順應(yīng)性降低。結(jié)論腹腔內(nèi)高壓和腹腔間室綜合征的概念應(yīng)用增多,最易累及呼吸系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)和泌尿系統(tǒng)，其次是胃腸道、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、肝臟和腹壁。心輸出量減少和肺順應(yīng)性下降是引起臟器功能障礙的始動(dòng)因素。
