目的 觀察谷氨酰胺對(duì)內(nèi)毒素血癥大鼠小腸粘膜抗氧化損傷的保護(hù)作用。
方法 28只大鼠隨機(jī)分為3組，A組： 谷氨酰胺(Gln)腸外營(yíng)養(yǎng)(PN)組(n=10)； B組： 不含Gln的常規(guī)TPN組(n=10)； C組為正常對(duì)照組(n=8)。內(nèi)毒素以2 mg/(kg·d)的劑量混入營(yíng)養(yǎng)液或等滲鹽水中，持續(xù)滴注5天。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束處死動(dòng)物，取小腸粘膜測(cè)定蛋白質(zhì)、DNA、ATP、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)的含量。
結(jié)果 內(nèi)毒素血癥大鼠上述指標(biāo)除MDA外，均明顯低于正常對(duì)照組，P＜0.05； A組空回腸壁蛋白質(zhì)、DNA、ATP、SOD、GSH及sIgA含量均高于B組，P＜0.05； MDA含量明顯低于B組，P＜0.05。
結(jié)論 加入Gln的TPN有助于防止內(nèi)毒素血癥大鼠腸粘膜的氧自由基損傷，其機(jī)理可能是通過(guò)增加GSH的途徑而實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
