目的  探討端粒酶作為大腸癌診斷、治療和預(yù)后參數(shù)的價(jià)值。
方法 應(yīng)用PCR-TRAP-ELISA方法,檢測(cè)大腸癌、癌旁和正常大腸粘膜組織的端粒酶活性表達(dá)。
結(jié)果 端粒酶在大腸癌、癌旁和正常大腸粘膜組織中表達(dá)的陽性率分別為84.8%(39/46)、20.0%(6/30)和0(0/20),大腸癌組織中端粒酶表達(dá)陽性率明顯高于癌旁和正常大腸粘膜(P<0.001)。早期大腸癌(Dukes A期)即有66.7%者存在端粒酶活化。腫瘤組織學(xué)分級(jí)越低,端粒酶表達(dá)陽性率越高(P<0.05)。
結(jié)論  端粒酶可能是大腸癌惡性浸潤(rùn)的早期事件,可作為診斷大腸癌的一個(gè)有用的輔助指標(biāo),并有助于預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)后和指導(dǎo)治療方案的選擇。
