目的  介紹端粒、端粒酶的性質(zhì)及其與腫瘤的關(guān)系,了解端粒、端粒酶在胃癌中的表達及意義。
方法 綜述國內(nèi)外進展。
結(jié)果  端粒酶活性在85%~90%的胃癌中可以檢測到,在表達端粒酶陽性的患者比表達陰性的患者預(yù)后要差,表明端粒酶陽性的胃癌惡性程度更高。
結(jié)論  胃癌端粒酶活性檢測不僅可用于診斷,且可用于表示預(yù)后,未來用于抑制端粒酶的藥物可以提供一種副作用較少的治療癌癥的方法。
