• 昆明醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院肝膽外科(昆明 650101);

目的  探討一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)性急性膽道感染大鼠腎功能的影響作用。
方法  Wistar大鼠35只,隨機(jī)分為急性膽道感染組(AC組)、急性膽道感染加左旋精氨酸組(L組)、左旋硝基精氨酸甲基酯組(N組)、單純膽道梗阻對(duì)照組(O組)和假手術(shù)組(SO組)5組,分別測(cè)定血漿NO、BUN、Cr值和腎組織一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性,并行肝、腎組織病理變化觀察。
結(jié)果  L組NO、NOS高于其余各組(P<0.05),BUN、Cr低于AC組和N組(P<0.05),而與O組比較差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P>0.05),腎組織病理變化較AC組輕; N組NO、NOS低于其余各組,而B(niǎo)UN、Cr則高于其余各組(P<0.05)。
結(jié)論  NO對(duì)急性膽道感染72小時(shí)大鼠的腎功能有保護(hù)作用,其作用機(jī)理可能與其舒張腎血管,增加血液灌流量等作用有關(guān)。
