目的  評價DNA含量和肝細胞肝癌臨床生物學特性的關(guān)系以及在提示復發(fā)中的價值。
方法  對140例肝癌新鮮肝切除標本DNA含量用流式細胞技術(shù)進行分析,同時收集患者的臨床生物學特性資料,并且隨訪患者腫瘤復發(fā)情況。
結(jié)果  DNA倍體類型和患者年齡相關(guān)(P<0.05),和血清AFP水平、腫瘤的大小密切相關(guān)(P<0.01)。二倍體肝癌術(shù)后平均隨訪31.2個月,其術(shù)后復發(fā)率為23.1%,1年復發(fā)率為4.3%; 異倍體肝癌平均隨訪時間為22.6個月,術(shù)后復發(fā)率為50.0%,術(shù)后1年復發(fā)率為37.9%。兩者復發(fā)差異的P=0.013,術(shù)后1年復發(fā)差異的P=0.002。多因素回歸分析表明,患者肝硬變程度、腫瘤大小及DNA含量為提示肝癌復發(fā)獨立因素。
結(jié)論  DNA含量增加可以作為提示肝癌高復發(fā)的獨立因素。
