目的  研究肝細胞肝癌細胞中增殖細胞核抗原(PCNA)/凋亡細胞比值與肝細胞肝癌分化程度的關(guān)系。
方法  應(yīng)用原位末端標記法(TUNEL)及免疫組化雙染色技術(shù),對35例肝細胞肝癌石蠟包埋組織進行檢測。
結(jié)果  不同分化程度癌組織中細胞凋亡和PCNA的陽性率不同。分化程度高,細胞凋亡陽性率高、PCNA陽性率偏低; 分化程度低,細胞凋亡陽性率偏低、PCNA陽性率高。隨分化程度的降低,PCNA/凋亡細胞的比值顯著增加,二者有良好的相關(guān)性。
結(jié)論  PCNA/凋亡細胞的比值可作為評估肝細胞肝癌分化程度的指標。
