目的  探討cyclin D1和p53 蛋白在實(shí)驗性大鼠同時性乳腺癌與纖維肉瘤中的表達(dá)及其意義。 方法  通過改良給藥的方法復(fù)制大鼠同時性乳腺癌與纖維肉瘤動物模型,應(yīng)用SP免疫組化技術(shù)檢測cyclin D1和p53蛋白在乳腺癌、纖維肉瘤及瘤旁組織中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果  在正常乳腺組織中無cyclin D1和p53蛋白表達(dá),在不典型增生乳腺組織中7/14有cyclin D1表達(dá),8/18的乳腺癌與9/14的纖維肉瘤中有cyclin D1的表達(dá),7/18的乳腺癌與5/14的纖維肉瘤中有p53蛋白的過度表達(dá); 肉瘤旁組織中無cyclin D1和p53蛋白表達(dá)。cyclin D1和p53蛋白表達(dá)與乳腺癌和纖維肉瘤組織學(xué)分級有關(guān),同時二者的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論  在大鼠同時性乳腺癌與纖維肉瘤中有cyclin D1和p53蛋白過度表達(dá),cyclin D1蛋白可能參與腫瘤發(fā)生過程,而p53蛋白表達(dá)與腫瘤的惡性程度相關(guān)。
