目的 尋求促進(jìn)肝細(xì)胞再生的有效藥物。方法 采用形態(tài)計(jì)量技術(shù),3H-TdR活體摻入實(shí)驗(yàn)以及動(dòng)脈血酮體比率的變化來(lái)觀察重組生長(zhǎng)激素(hGH)對(duì)肝再生的作用。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組肝切除術(shù)后肝細(xì)胞核分裂指數(shù)、肝細(xì)胞核體積密度、新生肝細(xì)胞數(shù)目密度、動(dòng)脈血酮體比率及3H-TdR活體摻入實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05或P<0.01)。結(jié)論 hGH對(duì)大鼠肝部分切除術(shù)后殘肝有促進(jìn)其再生的作用。
