• 南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院肝膽外科, 江蘇省肝臟移植中心（南京210029）;

目的  探討肝移植治療終末期肝病的臨床療效。 方法  回顧分析原位肝移植7例及親體部分肝移植（LRLT）4例的臨床資料，其中肝炎肝硬變5例，肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃?例。對乙肝肝硬變者采用拉米呋啶加小劑量抗HBV-Ig治療。 結(jié)果  10例康復(fù)出院，1例死于MODS。4例LRLT全部存活。術(shù)后并發(fā)癥： 腹腔出血2例，ARDS 3例； 4例乙型肝炎肝硬變者術(shù)后HBV-DNA（-）。6例肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃裕g(shù)后銅氧化酶均正常。結(jié)論  肝移植是終末期肝病的有效治療手段，活體供肝是解決我國供肝來源問題又一方向，外科技術(shù)是減少圍手術(shù)期并發(fā)癥的關(guān)鍵。
