目的  了解p27在良惡性甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤中的表達(dá)及其意義。方法  應(yīng)用S-P免疫組化法，測(cè)定了53例甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤及10例正常甲狀腺組織中p27的表達(dá)。 結(jié)果  p27蛋白表達(dá)水平在正常甲狀腺組織最高，甲狀腺濾泡狀腺瘤次之，甲狀腺濾泡狀腺癌最低，其中甲狀腺濾泡狀腺癌微浸潤(rùn)型與廣泛浸潤(rùn)型及轉(zhuǎn)移型與非轉(zhuǎn)移型比較，差異均無(wú)顯著性意義(P＞0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示，p27能有效地判別甲狀腺腺瘤與濾泡狀腺癌(P＝0.0048)。結(jié)論  p27參與了甲狀腺濾泡狀上皮的惡性轉(zhuǎn)化，甲狀腺濾泡狀上皮的轉(zhuǎn)化可能與p27蛋白降低有關(guān)。p27蛋白表達(dá)水平的測(cè)定有助于甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤良惡性的鑒別。
