目的  探討神經(jīng)生長因子受體（ P75 NGFR）在先天性膽總管囊腫（CCC）的分布情況及其意義。方法  應用免疫組化方法對18例先天性膽總管囊腫患兒及9例對照組的膽總管進行檢測。 結(jié)果  豐富的 P75 NGFR染色陽性神經(jīng)纖維分布于正常膽總管外膜下，神經(jīng)節(jié)細胞表現(xiàn)為 P75 NGFR染色強陽性； 先天性膽總管囊腫的 P75 NGFR 染色陽性纖維明顯減少。結(jié)論  P75 NGFR 在先天性膽總管囊腫的異常分布可能與CCC的發(fā)病機理有關。
