目的  探索供體血輸入同種大鼠對誘導(dǎo)胰腺移植耐受的可能性。方法  用雄性Wistar大鼠作為實驗的供受體,胰腺移植當(dāng)天取供體大鼠全血1 ml,注入糖尿病受體大鼠腹腔,輔以短期的硫唑嘌呤(Aza)。 結(jié)果  移植胰腺功能存活時間為28~112天(平均64.2天),與單純用硫唑嘌呤組(10.2天)或單純輸入供體血液組(9.8天)相比,移植胰腺功能存活時間顯著延長(P<0.01)。
結(jié)論  移植前短期使用免疫抑制劑以及移植當(dāng)天輸入供體血液,能延長大鼠移植胰腺功能存活時間。
