對25例膽囊粘膜異型增生和40例膽囊腺癌標本用免疫組化方法觀察bcl-2和p16蛋白的表達，并與正常膽囊粘膜比較。結果：在正常膽囊粘膜中均未見bcl-2和p16表達，而膽囊粘膜上皮異型增生及膽囊腺癌組織中，兩者的表達陽性率較正常組織明顯增高(Ｐ＜0.01)，且bcl-2和p16蛋白的陽性率隨著異型增生程度的增高而增加；p16的表達還與膽囊腺癌之浸潤程度及淋巴結轉移有關。本實驗結果提示：bcl-2及p16蛋白表達在膽囊腺癌和膽囊粘膜異型增生中起了一定作用；p16可作為膽囊癌患者的一個預后指標。
