為探討肝細胞肝癌發(fā)生過程中bcl-2蛋白的變化規(guī)律及與細胞凋亡變化的關(guān)系,運用TUNEL法和免疫組化方法檢測石蠟保存的肝細胞肝癌組織(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)、肝硬變組織(liver cirrhosis,LC)和正常肝組織(normal liver, NL)中細胞凋亡發(fā)生率和bcl-2的表達。結(jié)果: 從NL、LC到HCC組織,細胞凋亡活性出現(xiàn)增強; bcl-2蛋白的表達逐漸下降,LC和HCC組比較,P<0.05。結(jié)論: bcl-2的表達可能與肝細胞凋亡的抑制有關(guān);在肝癌發(fā)生過程中,bcl-2表達下降可能是引起肝癌細胞凋亡增加的原因之一。
