為了探討增加細胞內(nèi)糖原含量能否改善肝臟缺血再灌注損傷程度,本實驗對3組糖原含量顯著不同的兔肝臟缺血再灌注過程中的組織形態(tài)學、肝臟酶學、組織ATP含量、細胞膜Ca2+-ATP酶活性及胞漿內(nèi)游離Ca2+濃度進行了觀察。結(jié)果: 糖原含量高的肝臟,其細胞能量代謝旺盛,細胞膜Ca2+-ATP酶活性強,胞漿內(nèi)游離Ca2+濃度相對穩(wěn)定,組織結(jié)構(gòu)及功能損傷輕。本實驗結(jié)果提示: 缺血前增加肝臟糖原含量可顯著地拮抗肝臟缺血再灌注損傷。
