倉(cāng)鼠到大鼠原位肝移植是研究異種肝移植的較好動(dòng)物模型，因手術(shù)難度較大，限制了其使用。我們針對(duì)倉(cāng)鼠自身的解剖特點(diǎn)，在大鼠同種原位肝移植技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上作了多項(xiàng)改進(jìn)，采用三袖套法進(jìn)行了38例倉(cāng)鼠到大鼠原位肝移植，手術(shù)成功率高達(dá)89.5%(34/38)，無(wú)肝期10.8±3.0分鐘，簡(jiǎn)化了手術(shù)操作，縮短了手術(shù)時(shí)間，大大提高手術(shù)成功率，為廣泛開展異種肝移植研究提供了簡(jiǎn)易而又穩(wěn)定的動(dòng)物模型。
