為了解增殖細胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃腫瘤中的表達及其臨床意義,應用免疫組化技術(shù)(ABC法),對胃腫瘤(胃腺瘤性息肉10例,胃癌94例)組織切片中PCNA含量進行半定量檢測。結(jié)果:①胃粘膜不同病理狀態(tài)下PCNA指數(shù)差異有極顯著性意義(P lt;0.01);②PCNA指數(shù)與患者的性別和年齡無關(P gt;0.05),而與腫瘤的生長方式、組織類型、漿膜層受侵與否、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與否和臨床分期關系密切(P lt;0.05);③PCNA指數(shù)與胃癌的預后密切相關(P lt;0.05),弱級(Ⅰ～Ⅱ級)表達的患者預后好。由此表明,PCNA檢測可作為判斷胃癌生物學行為和預后的良好指標之一。
