為觀察Tenascin(TN)在乳腺不典型增生癌變過程中的表達(dá)變化,采用SP免疫組化染色法檢測(cè)了50例不同乳腺組織中TN的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果顯示: 正常及Ⅰ級(jí)增生的乳腺組織中無TN表達(dá),2例Ⅱ級(jí)不典型增生的乳腺組織中有TN表達(dá),Ⅲ級(jí)不典型增生及浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌中TN表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率分別為80%和90%,與Ⅱ級(jí)不典型增生相比明顯增高(P<0.01)。部分癌細(xì)胞胞漿中也有TN表達(dá)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示,重度不典型增生的乳腺組織間質(zhì)中TN的表達(dá)可能起限制不典型增生細(xì)胞向外生長(zhǎng)的作用。
