為了解甲狀腺癌中表皮生長因子受體(EGFR)的表達(dá)意義,應(yīng)用免疫組化方法檢測了81例甲狀腺癌中EGFR的表達(dá),并與甲狀腺腺瘤和癌旁正常甲狀腺組織相比較。結(jié)果: 甲狀腺癌中45例EGFR表達(dá)陽性(55.6%),而甲狀腺腺瘤及癌旁正常甲狀腺組織中均未見EGFR表達(dá)(P<0.01)。EGFR表達(dá)陽性率在甲狀腺癌的病理類型、臨床分期、浸潤程度及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移諸因素間的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),且與患者生存率亦無顯著相關(guān)(P>0.05)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示: EGFR過度表達(dá)與甲狀腺癌細(xì)胞自主性生長和惡性表型有關(guān),但不能作為評(píng)估其生物學(xué)行為和預(yù)后的有效指標(biāo)。
