應(yīng)用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)和細(xì)胞免疫熒光染色技術(shù),對46例大腸腫瘤細(xì)胞ras p21表達(dá)和DNA含量進(jìn)行了定量分析。結(jié)果:大腸癌的ras p21表達(dá)陽性率為65.7%,DNA異倍體率為74.3%,大腸癌細(xì)胞ras p21表達(dá)量明顯高于腺瘤和正常粘膜;DNA倍體和細(xì)胞增殖指數(shù)值與ras p21表達(dá)量密切相關(guān)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示:測定大腸癌的ras p21表達(dá)和DNA含量將有助于其預(yù)后判斷。
