為探討細(xì)菌在膽固醇結(jié)石發(fā)病機(jī)理中的作用,從30例膽汁細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陰性的膽囊膽固醇結(jié)石中提取DNA,應(yīng)用套式聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)擴(kuò)增細(xì)菌16S rRNA基因片段作為有細(xì)菌存在的分子證據(jù)。結(jié)果顯示,26例膽固醇結(jié)石中有細(xì)菌DNA存在。提示細(xì)菌可能在膽固醇結(jié)石的形成中具有一定的作用。
