為探討不同麻醉下膽囊切除術(shù)對術(shù)后胃腸動力的影響,采用胃腸測壓法記錄胃腸移行性動力復(fù)合波(MMC),對20例單純膽囊切除術(shù)患者(全麻和硬膜外麻醉各10例)術(shù)后早期的胃腸動力變化進(jìn)行了觀察。結(jié)果:兩組病例術(shù)后早期MMC活動均消失,術(shù)后胃腸動力的恢復(fù)遠(yuǎn)較傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)為的快。術(shù)后0.5~2小時小腸MMC重新出現(xiàn),胃MMC在術(shù)后5.5~14小時恢復(fù),術(shù)后22~43小時MMC完全恢復(fù)正常。進(jìn)食能使術(shù)后早期MMC轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄诨顒有问?。比較兩組患者術(shù)后胃腸動力恢復(fù)的各項指標(biāo)發(fā)現(xiàn),在全麻或硬膜外麻醉下進(jìn)行手術(shù),其術(shù)后胃腸動力的恢復(fù)過程無明顯差異。
