對23例經(jīng)病理組織學(xué)確診為胃癌的患者于介入治療前后測定其T淋巴細(xì)胞酸性α-萘酯酸脂酶(Tc-ANAE)活性的變化。結(jié)果：介入治療后胃癌患者的Tc-ANAE活性明顯下降(Ｐ＜0.01)；從胃癌的不同分期來看，介入治療對早、中期胃癌患者的Tc-ANAE活性無影響(Ｐ＞0.05)，但在晚期(Ⅳ期)患者，Tc-ANAE活性則明顯下降(Ｐ＜0.01)，且隨胃癌病期的進(jìn)展Ｔc-ANAE活性下降越明顯。
