目的  提高對腹繭癥的認(rèn)識和臨床診治水平。
方法  回顧性分析我院1995~2008年期間收治的9例腹繭癥患者的臨床資料。
結(jié)果  9例患者中5例以急、慢性腸梗阻癥狀為主要表現(xiàn),結(jié)合CT、彩超、腹部X線平片等檢查,2例術(shù)前診斷為腹繭癥。9例患者經(jīng)手術(shù)治療后均獲得成功。8例得到隨訪,隨訪時間6~84個月,平均(26±13)個月,2例分別于術(shù)后3及10個月出現(xiàn)腸梗阻,經(jīng)保守治療后治愈,其余無相關(guān)手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。
結(jié)論  患者反復(fù)有腸梗阻表現(xiàn)而梗阻原因不明或出現(xiàn)腹部包塊,需結(jié)合合理的影像學(xué)檢查考慮腹繭癥的可能; 手術(shù)是本病診斷和治療的有效手段。
