為探討組織蛋白酶B在急性胰腺炎(AP)發(fā)病中的作用,對(duì)11只急性水腫性胰腺炎犬和12只急性出血壞死性胰腺炎犬(AHNP)的胰腺腺泡細(xì)胞內(nèi)組織蛋白酶B的分布情況進(jìn)行了檢測(cè),并與7只正常犬進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)犬AP早期即有胰腺腺泡細(xì)胞內(nèi)組織蛋白酶B的再分布現(xiàn)象,AHNP犬尤為明顯(P<0.01)。由此表明,組織蛋白酶B在AP的發(fā)病中具有一定的作用。
