溫?zé)崧?lián)合化療、放療及免疫治療有協(xié)同抗癌作用,并能減輕對(duì)正常組織的副作用。本實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇絲裂霉素C(MMC)及5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)聯(lián)合溫?zé)狍w外作用于人胃癌細(xì)胞株(MGC-803)
,檢測(cè)其作用后活癌細(xì)胞百分計(jì)數(shù)、克隆形成率及存活分?jǐn)?shù),以觀察溫?zé)崧?lián)合MMC或5-Fu的細(xì)胞毒作用。結(jié)果表明:溫?zé)崧?lián)合MMC有協(xié)同抗癌作用,且隨溫度的升高其作用逐漸增強(qiáng),
與單純加溫組比較有顯著性差異(P lt;0.01);而溫?zé)崧?lián)合5-Fu無(wú)協(xié)同抗癌作用,但與單純加溫組比較,在較低溫度(37℃)時(shí)有顯著性差異(P lt;0.01)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為臨床應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。
