采用逆行加壓胰管注射犬自身膽汁建立急性出血壞死性胰腺炎（AHNP）模型，并應(yīng)用經(jīng)十二指腸切開(kāi)，胰管內(nèi)放置引流治療。結(jié)果表明：本方法治療AHNP可提高實(shí)驗(yàn)犬的生存率，降低死亡率；保持胰管引流通暢可減輕實(shí)驗(yàn)犬胰腺的病理變化，促進(jìn)其修復(fù)。對(duì)臨床治療有指導(dǎo)意義。
