對(duì)18例結(jié)直腸癌患者采用實(shí)體瘤短期體外懸浮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)法進(jìn)行染色體分析。結(jié)果：染色體結(jié)構(gòu)重排涉及17p、5q、6q（78%、61%、50%），染色體增加頻率最高的是7號(hào)、3號(hào)（72%、66%），丟失則最常見于17號(hào)、5號(hào)、18號(hào)（50%、44%、33%）。大量標(biāo)記染色體、雙微體及超倍體核型預(yù)示腫瘤易早期復(fù)發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)移。此結(jié)果提示：17號(hào)、5號(hào)及18號(hào)染色體畸變與結(jié)直腸癌發(fā)生發(fā)展有密切關(guān)系。非隨機(jī)性染色體異常的多樣性和復(fù)雜性更表明大腸癌的發(fā)生是多基因多步驟演變的結(jié)果。
